We at newlycars.com (Autocredits Newlycars Private Limited)  offer 7 days of hassle-free exchanges from the date of delivery and a further 7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services at no additional costs/charges ONLY IF YOUR PIN-CODE IS SERVICEABLE.

Please note pick-up will be attempted only twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you are requested to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your/customers area pin-code.
For all orders, a coupon code will be provided to the customer in 5 working days from the day of return pickup on the registered e-mail address/contact number provided at the time of purchase.
Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have been worn, a refund would not be provided.
Shipping charges are non-refundable

All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day.
Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. In case of cancellation on delivery, the shipping charges will be deducted.
 To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on several product categories, especially masks. Autocredits Newlycars Private Limited may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.
 Once a product is exchanged and delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would apply to that order.
To be eligible for a refund on returning an item or items, the item must meet the below criteria: 
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

 The product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice and other papers if any.
 Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted.
 Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable. Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, we will not be able to gift wrap any replacements you have asked for.
Design Copyright

If you have asked Newlycars Private Limited. to design and make a custom piece for you, then you, the client, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

All intellectual property rights, including copyright, in the piece are retained by Newlycars Private Limited.both before and after you promise to pay, or pay, for the goods in part or in full; and You will not reproduce the piece without the express written authorisation of Newlycars Private Limited.
Newlycars Private Limited requires a non-refundable deposit of 25% or amount mutually agreed to cover cost of materials before commencement of the special order.
The piece will not be released to the client until payment has been made in full.
Unless you expressly in writing inform Newlycars Private Limited that you do not agree to these terms, you will automatically be taken to understand and agree to them.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the brand's responsibility.

 The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
 In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via our mail support@newlycars.com with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.
 Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
 Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
